Definitely one of the higher rates out there, but it has taken me over two weeks to get the account set up.

may take 2 weeks to set up account.. but it is well worth the return on your investment.. this bank is by far the most secure on-line bank I know of.. not only do you need a user name and a password, but you need to answer 2 more security questions..

Account set up is easy and secure. Interest rate is the best I could find considering the account minimum requirements.
